A parent calls about Class 11 physics. It is logged with the source, assigned to whoever follows up, and it stops living in someone's notebook.

The demo class is a real stage in your funnel, not an afterthought — so it is a real stage here, with the follow-up dated and owned.

They enrol into a batch
One form creates the student, the guardian, the batch seat and the login. The enquiry closes itself as converted.

Attendance is marked
Roll-call from a phone or a laptop. Parents of absent students hear about it the same morning, automatically.

Fees come due
The batch has an annual price; the family pays in one, two or three installments. Receipts print, and the dues that are still outstanding chase themselves.

Tests are checked
Marks entered by hand, or OMR sheets printed and read from a photo. Results land in the student's record and the parent's portal.

03Marks without the Sunday evening
A hundred answer sheets, checked from a photograph.
Printing OMR sheets normally means special stationery and a scanner that costs more than the test is worth. GyanLink prints them on ordinary A4 and reads them from a phone camera.
Print the sheets for a batch. Students fill them in the usual way. You photograph the completed pile, and the results are read, checked against your answer key, and shown to you before a single mark is saved.
Anything the reader was unsure about — a light pencil, two bubbles filled, a torn corner — is flagged for a human to settle, so a bad photograph never silently becomes a wrong result. Once committed, marks land in the student's record and appear in their parent's portal.

An institute is a business, not just a set of batches
Most coaching software stops at what students owe you. That tells you your revenue and nothing about whether you are actually making money.
GyanLink records what goes out as carefully as what comes in — teacher salaries worked out from attendance, rent, electricity, printing, marketing, everything by category. Then it puts the two side by side.
