GyanLink prints OMR answer sheets on ordinary A4, reads the filled sheets from a photograph, and shows you anything the scanner was unsure about before a single result is committed. Marks land in the student's record and appear in the parent's portal.

Parents of competitive-exam students are, understandably, the most anxious group in coaching. Most of the calls your front desk fields are for information the institute already has.
Attendance goes out automatically when a student is absent. Results appear in the parent's portal as they are committed. Fee dues and reminders are visible without anyone having to ask. Each parent sees only their own child's records — that is enforced in the database, not by hiding a screen.

The timetable is made of dated sessions rather than a recurrence rule, so rescheduling one Saturday does not quietly rewrite the rest of the year. A teacher cannot be scheduled in two rooms at once; the database itself refuses the clash.

Questions institute owners ask
Does it check OMR sheets?
Yes. You print answer sheets on ordinary A4, students fill them, and you photograph the completed sheets. The results are read from the photo, anything uncertain is flagged for your review, and committed results appear in the student record and parent portal.
Can it handle a two-year JEE programme paid in installments?
Yes. The batch carries an annual package price and the family pays it in one, two or three installments with due dates. Outstanding amounts are tracked and reminders go out automatically.
Can parents see test results?

Do you also make question papers?
That is a separate product. Gyanam Test Generator is desktop software for building question papers offline for competitive and board exams. GyanLink is the management side, and the two are sold separately.
